Rental Policy
>Self check in with lockbox after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday
>Self check out by 10:00 a.m. on Sunday
>$400.00 security deposit required upon booking
>50% due at time of booking (balance is due 14 days before arrival)
>Rental agreement must be signed and returned at the time
of booking
>No smoking indoors
>Renter must be 25 years of age or older
>Maximum of 8 adults
>No fireworks on the property
>Quiet hours 11:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- 30 days prior to rental date full refund minus $75.00 cancellation fee
- Under 30 days prior to rental date no refund on deposit
- $400.00 security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of check out
